E3D hotend groovemount for i3 with RepRapPro miniextruder

This is a part that mounts on the 30mm spaced holes on your Prusa i3 x-carriage ( https://github.com/josefprusa/Prusa3/blob/master/single_plate/src/x-carriage.scad ). It has a two-part groovemount hole sized to firmly grip an E3D hotend ( http://www.e3d-online.com/ ). It has holes to bolt on a RepRapPro miniextruder ( the original source ). Together, they seem to work pretty well! You need 2x 20mm bolts for the groovemount hotend clamp, with nuts. You need some bolts with short heads (pan head) bolts to fasten it to the x-carriage.
