I purchased a 100mm rotary table for my milling machine, purchased from here. I wanted to connect a stepper motor from SparkFun, so I can use an Arduino to control rotating for making gears. The beauty of this setup is that 1 step of the stepper motor advances the rotary plate by 1/80th of a degree, and can do it relatively automatically. The first step of this project was to design the connection support which attaches the stepper motor to the axle of the 100mm rotary table.
