Escher Star minus lizards
Escher Star minus lizards is a downloadable 3D printable model with hosted files, creator attribution, and Creative Commons CC0 1.0 details.
Original creator description
This lets your print the big star structure in the center of MC Escher's woodcut called Stars, minus the lizards. It is three octahedrons oriented orthogonally, and often called an octahedron-3-compound. You have to print two of these and glue them together. The file has large round support pads to help hold down the challenging print which should be cut off after printing is done. Scale the object to the desired size. The photo contains a blue smaller star inside a white larger star. You are welcome to add the lizards and share your addition. This hosted file keeps creator credit and Creative Commons CC0 1.0 details.
