Original creator description

Another fidget spinner with closed weights for smaller hands and fulcrums on the end for better one handed spins. I have not printed it yet but I will soon. I have been messing with these and decided to release them before I print them to see if anyone else wants to throw some input at me. This hosted file keeps creator credit and license details.
