Slim LM10UU Holder Parametric

I love the parent thing, but needed an LM10UU version, so I modified the scad file to produce one. Here it is, for the convenience of the folks who don't want to mess with OpenSCAD. This version has beefier 3mm walls. As always, the scad file is parametric. This hosted file keeps creator credit and license details.
