Just a stand alone low filament alarm. remember to wire the buzzer to the correct polarity. All the parts are available on eBay. 9V Active Buzzer Magnetic Long Continous Beep Alarm Ringer 12095 Type 9 Volt T-Type Battery Clip - See picture for exact type 1NO 1NC KW12-21 SPDT Momentary Hinge Lever Arm Miniature Micro Switch UPDATE: added a newer version with a slot so you can add or remove this without taking the filament out of the hot end. Seems like an obvious feature, but I didn't think of it before. This hosted file keeps creator credit and license details.
