Original creator description
We needed a way to lock out some data cables in our makerspace so I made this quick-and-dirty lock box. Drop the connector inside the box, slip the lid tabs into the holes on the base, close and lock it with a 5mm x 20mm padlock or zip tie. It's not designed to be secure but to ensure that there's no accidental connection. No special settings should be needed. I printed with PLA on our Me3D. Box is ~55mm x 50mm x 25mm. I've included a STEP file in case you want to tweak it. There's some text in the STEP that you might want to remove. No text in the STL. This hosted file keeps creator credit and license details.
