A simple tool to easily install and remove the caps on 55 gallon plastic drums. The top portion is large enough to be gripped with fingers, or for stubborn caps it can be turned with an adjustable wrench, pliers, or vise-grips. UPDATE: If you have especially difficult caps, see this remix by ldparenteau for a version that can handle more torque. This hosted file keeps creator credit and Creative Commons CC0 1.0 details.
