I have a Shizuoka AN-S Milling Machine in my garage that I did a LinuxCNC conversion on. I would like to connect with other Shiz owners out there to share experiences, documentation, and ideas with. Using flood coolant on the Shiz has been an interesting journey. I run it a lot. One of the challenges is keeping it spraying on the cutter. This collar clamps on the end of bearing cap on the mill so it rides up and down with the quill and the cutter. It has an input port for coolant and two output holes for two of the cheap lock-line clones from ebay. I used a tap to put a 1/2-20 thread on the output ports to match the lock-line.
