Lateral roller fitting for ball bearings

Lateral roller fitting for ball bearings is a downloadable 3D printable model with hosted files, creator attribution, and Creative Commons CC0 1.0 details.

Original creator description

This is a fitting for mounting ball bearings laterally on boards (plywood, particle board), i.e. as sideways rollers. It is configurable for various ball bearing sizes with Customizer. Default settings are 16mm board and 608Z ball bearings. Not all combinations will work as intended. The axle I used was an 8mm aluminum pipe. You'll need to saw a slot into the side of the board since the design is set to have the axle rest against the edge of the board (less load on the plastic part). This hosted file keeps creator credit and Creative Commons CC0 1.0 details.
