Aerated planter for orchids
Aerated planter for orchids is a downloadable 3D printable model with hosted files, creator attribution, and Creative Commons CC0 1.0 details.
Original creator description
This is an aerated planter for orchids. Print all three parts, no support needed. The Bottom part should have enough tolerance for the small overhang. The middle part should be printed translucent since the roots need light. Assembly Pin a thick cord in the middle of the planter so water is transported to the middle of the plant. This ensures the moisture is transported where it's needed, below the orchid. The bottom part and middle part are clamped together. Planting Plant your Phalaenopsis and add substrate. The top part is a bit fiddly to clamp on the middle part but it is designed to be removable. The ring can be removed in case you need to repot your orchid and avoid damaging the roots... This hosted file keeps creator credit and Creative Commons CC0 1.0 details.
