Garden Weed Block Fabric Direct-Sow Insert

Weed block fabric keeps the weeds out, but it also makes it harder to plant seeds directly in the garden. Cutting the fabric makes an ugly hole, and the wind can blow left over flaps around and damage small, sensitive seedlings. To deal with this, I created a simple device that just needs to be pressed into the fabric where you want to plant your seeds. It cuts a nice round hole in the fabric and holds the fabric down around the hole. When your seedlings are big enough and strong enough, the plastic insert can be removed for reuse next year.
