A20M Filament Guide
1.75mm Filment Guide re-mixed from one by Friecke. Uses bearings ABEC9 or 608ZZ. Also needs a M3-5 cap bolt by 13mm and a M3-5 nut with a plastic insert and a M3 washer. The bearings will need to be pressed in using a vice. The plastic bearing post diameter will need to be sanded to get a tight fit without it breaking. The rollers fit close enough together so that the filament will not jam or hang up as it is pulled through. That allows the filamant roll to be placed almost anywhere behind the bracket as the rollers will keep it aligned to feed into the extruder. This hosted file keeps creator credit and license details.
250x150x4 mm Chopping Glass holder for Replicator
I found such a thing in a store for 1.49 EUR and I couldn't resist to give it a try. It works amaizingly well (with some limitations) together with the cheapest strong fix hairspray (Laca Isabel: 2.09 EUR in the same store). This thing is not parametric, sorry. Fully Parametric iPod Wire Manager
An OpenSCAD design for an iPod wire manager based on measurements of whatever portable music player you own. It does not actually have to be an iPod, but all connections have to be on the bottom. Excess earbud wire can be wrapped on the spool behind the iPod. Slits permit the wire to be "tied down" at an appropriate length for your current use -- e.g., shirt-pocket length. OK! .......I was so very impressed by the initial design that ckaos initiated with his the original source , that I decided to take it to the next level. I utilized some of his parts except for the X-Carraige , which I increased in height to provide better support for the my Bowden Hot End. I used Stock Drive Products (sdp-si.com) largest G2 belt which is 87.323 inches (2218 mm) long (P/N A 6R51MB09060) as well as their 10mm Self Lubricating Acetal Bearings for the 10mm Z-Axis (P/N A 7Z44MPSD10MAF), as well as a Z-axis LM10LUU version bearing holder. 1541 Ultimate Case "The Box"
So many seemed to be in need of one, so here's a 3D printable case for your U1. A separate Ethernet version will come soon. 40% fill and 0.6 mm wall thickness should be ok with PLA. There are separate feet if you prefer those, but the case should support the cartridge well enough as is. K2 Skates - Alexis axel spacer
My K2 "Alexis" inline skates came with a brake pad bolted on to the shaft of the rear skate on the right foot. After a fall where my ribs were severely bruised by the brake shoved in to my back, I decided I'd be better off without it. So I unbolted the rear wheel and took it off, but the axel shaft is too long and was left loose without the brake attached. These spacers help make sure the skate frame grips the bearings properly and their taper helps keep the bolt heads from catching on anything. Made with Oozby - my OpenSCAD preprocessor, makes neat use of corner_radius option on cylinder() for nicer aesthetics. This hosted file keeps creator credit and license details.
