Lamp and Lampshade
Made a lamp. Its based on another lamp I had sitting on my desk, but greatly simplified. Printed the shade in "transparent" pla and it seems to provide about the right amount of shade. Bought the other parts needed (bulb socket, cord, and arm to hold the shade) as a kit from hardware store. It looks nice enough that my wife doesn't complain about it being used and displayed. Bentley's Snowflake Ornaments
UPDATED December 2024 - More snowflakes added and #3 modified to be the same thickness as the others. Also added a Zip of all STLs in one file for easier downloading. Just what original source needs - more snowflake ornaments These models are directly based off of some of Wilson A. Servo mounting frames TGY-225MG & KST DS225MG & MKS DS6125 & Dymond DS 1800 MG
Simple servo mounting frames for use with aluminium housing thin wing servo's. Suitable for servo dimensions: 30mm x 10mm x 35,5mm Turnigy TGY-225MG KST DS225MG MKS DS6125 Dymond DS 1800 MG The models are true to scale. Make sure you print a prototype first. On my 3D printer I had to increase scale of these frames by about 2% to make the servo's fit. Watch out: the screws supplied with these servo's are too long, and will protrude your wing surface. You have to shorten them, or use sufficient thick washers under the screw head. This hosted file keeps creator credit and license details.
tap spindle sleeve for my kitchen or bathroom
This is the tap spindle sleeve for my kitchen and bathroom tap handles. outer hex diameter is 18mm, height of sleeve was 7mm, recessed down to 5mm internally. Different tap handles use different sized hexagon sleeves... This hosted file keeps creator credit and license details.
Post fairing replacement
For common fence railings, there is a recycled pot metal ring that covers the joint between the post and supporting concrete wall/walkway. The metal corrodes with winter salt, but you can't remove the post to install a replacement. This part prints in 2 pieces. Snap out the 2 small wedges used for printing support, place the large part around the post, then push the small piece into the slot. Spray paint the parts before installation, if you need to match other painted trim. A drop of instant-set (CA) glue will hold ABS or PLA in place. Scaled for the common 1 inch or 25 mm square tubing. SCAD file included, if you want to scale or enhance the design. This hosted file keeps creator credit and license details.

Dual iPhone 6(s) Plus hanger
As i now close my drawer in the bathroom where normally my hair-dryer lays i didn't have any place to lay my mobile on... Therefore i designed this hanging holder thing. As sometimes one slot isn't enough, when my friend's phone also needs a place to lay around i made a double-one. The .stl file was repaired by https://netfabb.azurewebsites.net as i had the feeling that SketchUp made some errors while exporting. This hosted file keeps creator credit and license details.
iPhone 6 Good Strong Basic Case
iPhone 6 case on original source have been only so so and I own a few cellphone repair stores and see a lot of broken iphone 6 displays. I hope this will save a few people the $100 they would have to spend to fix there phone. Enjoy. This hosted file keeps creator credit and license details.
Pot Hanger
Pot Hanger For hanging your pots! Space is limited in my kitchen and I recently purchased some more bowls so I needed to put the pots and pans somewhere else. I created these simple hangers to put them outside the cabinet. Maybe its useful for you? I choose to use that foam double-sided tape on the bottom side of the top to stick them down. I wasn't sure if that was going to work so I also put a hole for a screw if you really like them ;) This hosted file keeps creator credit and license details.
A Mostly Stable Shelf
A Mostly Stable Shelf AKA: Shelf, the beta version This is a simple shelf that I made for my kitchen. Still learning the material so it was originally super flexible. Like the Liberty ships I bolted some reinforcements along the sides and called it good :) I am going to try to redesign this so the parts are more consistent and its structurally more sound. Might also help to increase the infill... This hosted file keeps creator credit and license details.
G370 Charging Stand
G370 Charging Stand AKA: the missing accessory This is a drop in charging stand that I created for my "Philips Norelco G370 All-in-1 Grooming System". It is designed to clamp to the molding in my bathroom. I doubt it is useful for anyone because it fits my bathroom and this obsolete product... However I thought I would add all my designs for fun. water cooling e3d v6
this was done for a 3D printer with closed walls. The high temperature interfered with the qualitative passage of the thread through the hotend.the unit requires:2 rubber rings 2.5 mm thick for radiator, I took 15mm inner, but can be up to 20mm, a silicone hose with an internal diameter of 4mm, a water pump for the aquarium and 4 screws m4x40 with nuts and sealant. The sleeve should be made 2 pieces and glue on in the rear part of the block. update: I added an overlay so you can install additional hardware on it Update 2: Added holder for 5015 fan and cooling for printing This hosted file keeps creator credit and license details.
Are you read to print an Iris box?
I became frustrated trying to print an iris box so I made this little test slice of one to help me dial in my printer while saving time and plastic. All surfaces have 0.3mm clearance. All walls are 1.2mm thick. I'll be honest, so far I'm not ready to print an Iris box. Stringing and blobbing are still getting in my way but by having this part to print I've saved a lot of time and plastic. If you are able to print an iris box I would love to hear if you find this test part easier, harder, or about equally challenging to print. Likewise if this shape helps you dial in your printer please share your settings and success stories :D This hosted file keeps creator credit and license details.
Post-e laser engraver frame
This file is to be used for cutting the frame for the Post-e portable Laser Engraver. The dimensions are designed around fitting the frame atop a standard sized ATX PSU and should be cut from quarter-inch acrylic or comparable material for best results. The layers are labeled for both ETCH and CUT runs for a laser cutter, however the etch design can be whatever your imagination comes up with! Pieces have been arranged to allow most efficient cutting using a 12"x16" cutting bed. Feel free to rearrange the parts to meet your cutting bed specifications. (Model is still a work in progress) Original project can be found at: http://www.instructables.com/id/Pocket-laser-engraver/?ALLSTEPS This hosted file keeps creator credit and license details.

Boat cup cover
This is a ninjaflex cup cover for cup holders found in boats. The cup holder has holes in the bottom so they do not fill up with water, but often the holder is mounted in the boats console so any water draining out goes into the console. This will allow you to keep the holders covered when not in use. This hosted file keeps creator credit and license details.

Vacuum Reducer for Cyclone Dust Collector
I needed something to attach my small vacuum hose to my irregular size dust collection cyclone. All the universal ones i've purchased just don't fit. I am attaching the .stl file so you can edit it to your needs. If I were to do it again, I'd make the walls a little thicker. Otherwise, this will be sufficient for my needs. First timer, please feel free to be critical. This hosted file keeps creator credit and license details.

A-Bracket for IKEA Lansa Handle to Rack hack
My wife bough this IKEA Lansa 'rack' with intent to use it hang measuring spoons off of it in the kitchen. She didn't realize that the Lansa product is actually cabinet handles so can't be installed on a wall with the hardware as supplied. http://www.ikea.com/aa/en/catalog/products/50176657/ So I designed up these mounting brackets for her. Since her name starts with an A, I made the brackets out of the letter A. I was going to paint them silver, but she insisted on leaving them red. This design inspired by Tosh's excellent wall shelf design: the original source This hosted file keeps creator credit and license details.
Simple Phone Stand
A simple smart phone stand. Print the first 1/4 with fan off for the best results. This hosted file keeps creator credit and license details.
"Caution! Laser Beam" ornament remixed for FDM/FFF
This is a remix of the original source that I made to print that design as an ornament instead of cutting it out with a laser. I made it to celebrate adding a laser to my printer. This hosted file keeps creator credit and license details.
Build plate lock
With this you can make a removable buildplate with no clamps on the top of the plate. It is easier to take off a part there wont easily leave the build surface when the buildplate is flexible. For dual extruder printers you can make a wider buildplate because of the offset between the extruders. See pictures It is best for PLA printing with no heated build plate because of the heat contact to clamp. Print it in ABS if possible. I will make a more heat resistant version later. Android phone web cam for 3D printer
I recently saw an Instructable on using an old Android phone as a WiFi enabled webcam. Since I have been wanting to add a camera to my Da Vinci printer to monitor prints, I thought that was a great idea! However, somehow despite the large number of phone mounts and holders on original source, I could not find one that suited me. So I used the original source as a basis, and rolled my own. It is adjustable by about 30 degrees in one direction, can be mounted vertically or horizontally, and holds its position very well. The mounting base comes in two parts, (please refer to the pictures) and there are two options for each part. One version of the base can be mounted using two... door lifter
if your door is to low, because you changed your floor use this door lifter. Just place the printed parts in your door hinge and raise it 2, 2.5, 3, 3.5 or 4mm. I printed several of these and they have been working for over a year without any vissible wear. I printed mine mine with ABS and PLA all with 75% infill. Until now and can´t say if PLA or ABS is more durable. doorlift20.stl = 2.0mm doorlift25.stl = 2.5mm doorlift30.stl = 3.0mm doorlift35.stl = 3.5mm doorlift40.stl = 4.0mm This hosted file keeps creator credit and license details.
Locking Shower Ring
This is a shower ring that's based off of one we had in our shower. I made this in FreeCAD and printed it on my RepRap. NOTE: Even though I have this connected to a master link and then another shower ring, this piece has enough flexibilty to be put directly on the shower rod and still clamp shut. I printed it at 30% infill. This hosted file keeps creator credit and license details.
Slim LM10UU Holder Parametric
I love the parent thing, but needed an LM10UU version, so I modified the scad file to produce one. Here it is, for the convenience of the folks who don't want to mess with OpenSCAD. This version has beefier 3mm walls. As always, the scad file is parametric. This hosted file keeps creator credit and license details.
Blue Snowball Adapter for Swing Arm Lamps
A small bracket for adapting the blue snowball onto the end of a swing arm lamp. Similar to This one on amazon . The Peg is slightly oversized, to allow the microphone to cut its own threads. A small bump is included on one side to help with rotation. This hosted file keeps creator credit and license details.
6mm, 1/4" 3-Axis Block
This is a simple 3-axis block, size is for 6mm or 1/4". Designed, is mind, to be used with threaded rod. Bottom is flat for ease of printing. Version 00 has very thin wall where the holes overlap. Version 01 has 7mm diameter hole where the through holes overlap... I hope this makes sense. Version 02 has a 7mm sphere removed from the core. I found that the remaining structure at the core was warping and lifting causing impact issues with the printing head. 2-axis version can be found at the original source . Filament Winder Handle, Crank and gear assembly
This is the first upload for the Filament winder on my kickstarter project. The filament winder is designed to work with a hand crank and also a stepper motor. These gears will make more sense when you see the video (being processed and uploaded soon). I use Pronterface and the extruder motor 4 pin on the arduino 2650 board. My next challenge is to interface with an outside power supply. I also have a solar powered motor on the table ready to be experimented with! Basic printable spool holder
This is a very simple remix of the basic printable spool holder by JadeKnight 3066 I like designing in OpenScad so I have converted to that. I am aiming to use wooden dowel as I think that will be cheapest. I am interested in the form of construction as I think you could make more things with this technique. I am thinking of some bottle holders and shelves for plastic boxes. Improvements the join between the two sockets could be symmetrical which would be more beautiful. the top sockets could be redesigned to make it just sit in and easy to change I might design a widget to feed the filament through so that it can be wiped on a tissues to make sure it is clean. I dropped one reel on the gro... This hosted file keeps creator credit and license details.

45mm spacing mount for Axial cooling fan duct
Made my own mounts to interface with the 45mm spaced M3 bolts of my x carriage belt clamps for hanging the fan duct arms from Doctek's cooling duct setup. One extends out in the XY plane, the others drop down below the mount in the Z (15mm and 25mm). This hosted file keeps creator credit and license details.
40mm fan for prusa I2 & Greg's Wade extruder
Print it without support. It can be difficult without fan already instaled. I made it with OpenSCAD. The source file is a mess, so I do not publish it.V2.2 - a little corrected shape and thicker walls. This hosted file keeps creator credit and license details.

Tube clips / spacers
I designed these to hold central heating multi-skin tubes 50mm apart. Many radiators in Europe use the H connector to which you connect the tubes at 50mm center to center. I use the spacers to help me to keep the tubes in place while they are plastered in the walls. The clip can be used however for fixing any type of tubing: PVC, electrical cable, etc. I also put screw holes in the clips and if you cut them in half they serve as single fixation clips. The most common multiskin heating pipe diameters are 16, 20 and 26mm. I included those files. This hosted file keeps creator credit and license details.
