Dual iPhone 6(s) Plus hanger
As i now close my drawer in the bathroom where normally my hair-dryer lays i didn't have any place to lay my mobile on... Therefore i designed this hanging holder thing. As sometimes one slot isn't enough, when my friend's phone also needs a place to lay around i made a double-one. The original tended to retain water because the notch did not come all the way down to the bottom of the shell. this was done for a 3D printer with closed walls. The high temperature interfered with the qualitative passage of the thread through the hotend.the unit requires:2 rubber rings 2.5 mm thick for radiator, I took 15mm inner, but can be up to 20mm, a silicone hose with an internal diameter of 4mm, a water pump for the aquarium and 4 screws m4x40 with nuts and sealant. Adjustable stand for microscope (or other stuff)
Description Holder / adjustable stand for light parts (< 1kg) such as a microscope. You can add other parts by adding a custom fitting with 2xM3 holes at 10mm apart. Has a knob for adjusting the height of the object, tighten nut to adjust friction. See the README file for more details. Requires that you add some heavy rocks/scrap metal in the base for stability. To print 1 x arm 1 x gear 1 x knob 1 x neck 1 x rack (1 x plate - if you have the same microscope as me) 2 x leg After printing, fill the triangular hole in the "neck" object with something heavy. Are you read to print an Iris box?
I became frustrated trying to print an iris box so I made this little test slice of one to help me dial in my printer while saving time and plastic. All surfaces have 0.3mm clearance. All walls are 1.2mm thick. I'll be honest, so far I'm not ready to print an Iris box. Stringing and blobbing are still getting in my way but by having this part to print I've saved a lot of time and plastic. If you are able to print an iris box I would love to hear if you find this test part easier, harder, or about equally challenging to print. Boat cup cover
This is a ninjaflex cup cover for cup holders found in boats. The cup holder has holes in the bottom so they do not fill up with water, but often the holder is mounted in the boats console so any water draining out goes into the console. Spool Clip
I designed this very simple clip to work with the metal spool holder bracket that came with my FlyingBear P902 printer, but it is possible that others with a printer with a 2020 aluminum strut frame may find it useful as well. Before I designed and installed this clip, I would sometimes lose prints because the filament spool would drift on the spool bracket, and the filament would get tangled on the spool bracket. This clip solved that problem. Not only did it hold the spool in place so that it would not drift on the spool bracket, but it also prevented filament from getting caught on the bracket behind the spool. This is a box for Retroleum´s SMART Card SD adapter for Sinclair Spectrum. I printed in Clear PLA, 0.3mm layer with supports. There are no screwholes in the adapter so i hotglued it in place, just make sure the buttons are aligned.. The lid is snapfit, so no screws. (need well calibrated printer). Filament Filter and Wire Holder for Creality CR-10
These two parts are intended to solve three problems with the Creality CR-10 3D printer. It provides an enclosure in which one can place a sponge to filter dust off the filament and allow for the application of lubrication oil. The top cap pushes the sponge down so its snug against the filament. It holds the filament far enough from the z-axis screw so that machine oil won't get on the filament and so it won't get snagged. On its side there is a small opening through which one can thread a zip tie so that one can attach the black wiring bundle leading to the extruder to the platform on Bracket1.stl. T Shape Finder Scope Attachment
I just purchased a Explorer Scientific ED80 and it didn't come with a finder scope, so I had an old cheapo laying around and had no T Shape to T Shape connectors to mount. This is my first design, don't bash me too much, I suck at this design stuff. Please refine it, or slimline it somewhere to look cooler. Cable Lockout Box
We needed a way to lock out some data cables in our makerspace so I made this quick-and-dirty lock box. Drop the connector inside the box, slip the lid tabs into the holes on the base, close and lock it with a 5mm x 20mm padlock or zip tie. It's not designed to be secure but to ensure that there's no accidental connection. No special settings should be needed. I printed with PLA on our Me3D. Box is ~55mm x 50mm x 25mm. Case for D300VS
These are the STLs for a case I printed for my D300 VS. It has a few problems: 1) the front plexi-glass is too close to the print bed to allow my Titan Aero to come all the way to the front of the bed. 2) the PSU mount I printed doesn't leave adequate room for the wiring, so I haven't included it in the files 3) I haven't designed a handle to open the doors yet 4) the doors slide up in single sections, so it takes a lot of space vertically. 5) the door latching mechanism isn't great, you hold the panels up by tightening screws into them 6) the screw holes are a little snug 7) there isn't quite enough room for the corner brackets, so the bottom doesn't come together snuggly I printed it in P... Yellowjacket Quad
A racing quad design. Inspired by so many different 250 class racers. Its modular and you can actually mount it together in different ways. For example, with the arms mid-deck (as shown) it has a nice COB for racing and sufficient room for the battery underbelly and camera mid deck. You could mount the arms topdeck and hang a small gimble underneath. the props would be well clear and having the arms top deck would mean you could use larger props than the standard 5 inchers. Printing in ABS the decks and arms are done 0.4mm nozzle with 0.32mm layer height and 3 perimeters with 50% infill. Skids don't need to be as tough so 25% infill should be good. SONY HDR-AZ1VR Attachment for Gopro Mount v2
An attachment for SONY HDR-AZ1VR to use GoPro mount system. Using M4 screw(10mm) to fix AZ1VR. Doesn't block buttons, indicator, connectors, battery cover, mic/speaker. My wife bough this IKEA Lansa 'rack' with intent to use it hang measuring spoons off of it in the kitchen. I recently saw an Instructable on using an old Android phone as a WiFi enabled webcam. Since I have been wanting to add a camera to my Da Vinci printer to monitor prints, I thought that was a great idea! However, somehow despite the large number of phone mounts and holders on original source, I could not find one that suited me. So I used the original source as a basis, and rolled my own. It is adjustable by about 30 degrees in one direction, can be mounted vertically or horizontally, and holds its position very well. Inductive Proximity Sensor Mount for Geeetech G2s for large Sensors
Kind of similar to this one: the original source but designed for holding the larger probes (18mm diameter). In contrast to this version: the original source it allows for more stable mounting and has space for the large nut that comes with the sensor. Note that it is a fairly tight fit. You might want to increase the diameter of the large hole by .2mm or something. But it's not entirely necessary. I use it as is. Created with FreeCAD. Anti Elephant-Foot Customizable Test Cube

Da Vinci 1.0 AiO MK8 Conversion for PETG
Wanted to get the Da Vinci to print more exotic filaments. What a pain in the @33!!! Well I have found a simple setup that works for PLA and PETG. I have successfully printed PETG over the last month with no problems. Going to start trying higher print quality now that I have cleaned up the look of the cables. The video is of the circuit board plate mount being printed. I am using Simplify3D and happy so far, the new update 3.0? is kind of glitchy though. Put a little double stick tape under the circuit board to hold it down. Then added small section of filament into the filament cartridge so the alarm won't go off. :) I have also moved to Kapton tape for the bed. Haven't used anything else...
